Glacier blast: 'Not much progress in rescue ops, 32 bodies recovered', informs Uttarakhand DGP

While speaking to ANI in Dehradun on February 10, Director General of Police (DGP) of Uttarakhand, Ashok Kumar spoke on glacier blast tragedy.

DGP Kumar said, "There is not much progress in the rescue operation.

We have recovered 32 bodies, 8 identified, 24 unknown.

Rescue team has also recovered 2 bodies of Uttarakhand police personnel." "Can't confirm exact number for missing and dead people but it's between 192 and 204," he added.
