Suvendu Adhikari to contest Bengal election from Nandigram seat against Mamata Banerjee

BJP's Central Election Committee has approved the names of candidates on 57 seats for West Bengal Assembly elections.

Bharatiya Janata Party backed Suvendu Adhikari from Nandigram seat against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee ahead of Bengal Assembly elections, informed National General Secretary Arun Singh on March 06.

"Suvendu Adhikari to contest Bengal election from Nandigram seat against Mamata Banerjee," said Singh.

Eight phased West Bengal Assembly polls will begin from March 27.

Counting of votes and declaration of election results will take place on May 02.
