India, Bangladesh have extensive cooperation in river water sharing agreements: MEA

While addressing a press conference in the national capital on March 24, the Foreign Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Harsh Vardhan Shringla spoke about Teesta river issue.

Shringla said, "We have extensive cooperation in the river water sharing arrangements, we have had extensive talks.

We have had cooperation in managing the waters that are shared between our countries." "That cooperation continues, it is an ongoing thing," he added.
