BJP candidate from Moyna in West Bengal's Purba Medinipur was allegedly attacked while he was returning from a roadshow.

The former Indian cricketer was also injured in the attack.

Dinda hit out at the TMC and said that this is their bid to terrorise people and the voters will teach them a lesson.

‘They vandalized my car completely.

I have been injured on my back.

Somehow, I managed to escape from the mob.

They had also blocked the road and weren't letting us move,’ Dinda alleged.

Meanwhile, the election commission has also sought a report from the district administration over the matter.
