In a bid to help people fighting COVID-19, Dattatraya Sawant, a teacher by profession, is helping ailing patients in tough time.

He is providing free rickshaw facilities to patients from hospital to home vice versa.

People lauded the effort of Sawant's free services.

He has so far provided free travel to 26 COVID-19 patients.

Now many people are donating to Dattatraya Sawant to strengthen his social work.

Moreover, MCA (Mumbai Cricket Association) has announced that it will spend the entire cost of fuel for his rickshaw.
