Labour: PM won't resign because he is 'man without shame'
Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer says the prime minister should resign after the release of the Sue Gray report, but won't because he is a "man without shame".
He adds Boris Johnson's "behaviour" has "tainted" the sacrifices made by the British public during lockdown and that he is "incapable" of "honesty and integrity".
