The Supreme Court has directed the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) to submit a forensic report on the alleged audio recording purportedly featuring Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh. The tape, leaked online, allegedly implicates Singh in inciting ethnic violence and allowing Meitei groups to loot state armories.Senior advocate Prashant Bhushan, representing the petitioners, claims that an independent analysis by "Truth Labs" identified Singh's voice with over 93% certainty.
