Jenrick: Treaty will stop merry-go-round of legal challenges
Immigration Minister Robert Jenrick says the new Rwanda asylum treaty will "stop the merry-go-round of legal challenges" and enable government to "get the scheme up and running." Home Secretary James Cleverly arrived in Rwanda on Tuesday where he is expected to sign a revised treaty following the UK Supreme Court’s rejection last month of the asylum plan.

A man has appeared in court charged with two counts of murder after the discovery of human remains in suitcases in Bristol, and, at a flat in west London. 34-year-old Yostin Andres Mosquera appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates Court earlier today. Police have named the two victims as 62-year-old Albert Alfonso and 71 year old Paul Longworth who lived together at a flat in Shepherds Bush. The suspect had been staying with them.
