Cleverly unable to give details for proposed appeal body
James Cleverly has been unable to give details on the recruitment of international judges for an appeal body set out in his Rwanda Treaty.
Asked if it would be more sensible to have structures in place before putting the Rwanda Bill to Parliament, the home secretary said he didn't want to "hang around and delay".
