Talking about the Indian National Nikhil Gupta, who was detained in Prague for plotting to k-ill Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said that Indian has receives consular access three times.

He also informed that India extending necessary consular assistance to the individual as per requirement.“...An India National is currently in the custody of Czech authorities, pending a request for extradition to the US.

We are extending necessary consular assistance to the individual as per requirement...”The 52-year-old Indian national Nikhil Gupta has been charged in the US with involvement in an alleged m-urder plot against Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.

His family alleged that Gupta was illegally detained in the Czech Republic.
