Mass brawl breaks out in Georgian parliament over controversial media law
A huge punch-up has erupted in Georgia's parliament over a controversial foreign influence law, some say follows in the Kremlin's authoritarian footsteps.
In a fiery exchange reflecting the deepening rift between Kyiv and Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov labelled Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's recent remarks as “delusional.” This statement came in response to Zelensky's assertion during his address to the UN Security Council that Moscow could be forced into peace on Ukraine’s terms. Peskov vehemently rejected this notion, warning that attempting to coerce Russia into peace is a "fatal mistake" that will have serious repercussions for Ukraine.
