'The Rings of Power' Actress Nazanin Boniadi Won't Return for Season 2 | THR News Video
A series regular from season one of 'The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power' is not returning for season two.
A source close to the show exclusively confirmed that Nazanin Boniadi, who played Bronwyn in the Prime Video show's first season, won't be in the upcoming episodes.
Bronwyn is a human healer who's the mother of Theo and had a forbidden romance with the elf warrior Arondir.
It looks like fans may get a 'Ted Lasso' season four after all. The Emmy-winning soccer comedy is on track for a 4th season after the Warner Bros. Television picked up the options on three cast members from the show's original three-season run. The Hollywood Reporter confirmed, Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and Jeremy Swift, under U.K.'s acting union Equity, have been approached to reprise their respective roles of Rebecca Walton, Roy Kent and Leslie Higgins.

It's the end for 'The Acolyte.' The 'Star Wars' series will not return for season two. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Lucasfilm has opted not to continue the show, which aired its season one finale on Disney+ last month. The series earned respectable reviews from critics, but it was review-bombed by audience members who perceived it as, quote, "woke," leaving the show with an 18 percent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

James Taylor, Mickey Guyton and Jason Isbell will perform on the opening night of the Democratic National Convention. Convention officials confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that legendary singer-songwriter Taylor, country standout Guyton and folk and Americana star Isbell are confirmed to hit the stage at the United Center in Chicago to help kick off the four-day convention.
