Former President Donald Trump was the target of an assassination attempt Saturday at a Pennsylvania rally, days before he was to accept the Republican nomination for a third time.
A barrage of gunfire set off panic, and a bloodied Trump, who said he was shot in the ear, was surrounded by Secret Service and hurried to his SUV as he pumped his fist in a show of defiance.
However, a New footage is doing rounds on social media which shows Trump rally attendees desperately shouting to law enforcement that there was someone with a gun on top of a structure.
The new video has raised a very important question, "How did rally attendees see the suspect before Secret Service and police??" In the video, rally attendees can be heard shouting "He's got a gun!
He's got a gun!" , before the shots targeting Trump rang out.
