FX hit series Shōgun leads Emmy nominations with 25 nods.

The historical drama series earned nominations for top categories including outstanding drama series, lead actor and actress in a drama series, directing, guest actor, and two nominations for both supporting actor and writing.

Other shows leading in nominations include The Bear with 23, Only Murders in the Building with 21, True Detective: Night Country with 19, and The Crown with 18.

The 76th annual Emmy awards will air Sunday, September 15 on ABC.

Orlando Magic co-founder and former NBA executive Pat Williams dies at 84.

The Magic announced Williams' passing in an official press release on Wednesday night revealing that his death was a result of complications of viral pneumonia.

His career with the NBA spanned over 5 decades, managing teams such as the Chicago Bulls, the Atlanta Hawks, and the Philadelphia 76ers.

Williams co-founded the Orlando Magic alongside businessman Jimmy Hewitt starting in 1986, before the team played its first official NBA game in November of 1989.

Emma Roberts engaged to actor Cody John.

Roberts announced the engagement on social media Tuesday sharing a sweet photo showing off the ring, captioning the post 'Putting this here before my mom tells everyone.'

Also an actor, John can be seen in works such as Hulu's Wu-Tang: An American Saga and The CW's In the Dark .

The couple went public with their relationship via social media in August of 2022, but it is unclear when the two officially began dating.
