Rock & Roll Hall of Fame unveils 2025 Nominees.

The announcement of the 2025 ballot, featuring 14 performers, 8 of whom are first-time nominees, was made on Wednesday.

Chubby Checker, Billy Idol, Outkast, Phish, The Black Crowes, Bad Company, Joe Cocker, and Maná are among the first-time nominees.

Soundgarden, Cyndi Lauper, Mariah Carey, Oasis, The White Stripes, and Joy Division/New Order received repeat nominations.

The official inductees list will be announced in April as decided by a panel of 1,200 voters within the music industry.

This year's ceremony will take place in Los Angeles this fall.

Jon Batiste announces limited tour across the U.S. Just days after taking the stage to perform "The Star Spangled Banner" at Super Bowl LIX, Jon Batiste announced his next gig.

The singer/songwriter is set to depart on his upcoming "Maestro Tour" this spring, traveling across the U.S. and performing in five major cities.

Batiste revealed news of the tour on social media Tuesday, writing, 'I adore the intimacy of these types of performances.

Onstage alone with the piano, my sampler and a microphone.

Everyone has a singular path.'

Presale for tickets to the tour kicked off today, and general on-sale will open to the public this Friday, February 14, at 10 AM PT.

National Plum Pudding Day is recognized.

Also known as 'figgy pudding' or 'Christmas pudding,' plum pudding is a traditional holiday dish with dried fruits and spices.

Plum pudding originated in England as early as the 14th century and has since become a symbol of the holiday season.
