Zendaya joins the cast of Shrek 5.

DreamWorks Animation and Universal Pictures made the casting announcement in a post to the film's official social media on Thursday, dropping a surprise teaser trailer for the film.

Shrek 5 is set to hit theaters on December 23, 2026.
