North Sea Collision: The Russian captain of the Solong container ship has been charged with gross negligence manslaughter following a deadly collision in the North Sea. The crash, which occurred 13 miles off the East Yorkshire coast near Withernsea, involved the US-registered oil tanker Stena Immaculate, carrying jet fuel for the US Navy.
