Comedian Nate Bargatze to host the 2025 Emmy Awards.
The 46-year-old stand-up comedian will make his hosting debut, his first of any major award show, when the 77th Emmy Awards airs live on CBS this fall.
The network made the exciting announcement on Wednesday, with Bargatze speaking of his excitement for the gig, saying, 'It's a huge honor to be asked to host such an iconic awards show and I'm beyond excited to work with CBS to create a night that can be enjoyed by families around the world.'
While the gig will serve as his first appearance hosting an award show, Bargatze made waves back in October after hosting an episode of SNL .
Fans can tune in to the 2025 Emmy Awards when they kick off on September 14 at 8 p.m., live on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
Michelle Trachtenberg's cause of death revealed as complications of diabetes mellitus.
The actress, known for her roles in Gossip Girl , Buffy the Vampire Slayer , and Harriet the Spy , passed away on February 26 at the age of 39.
While her cause of death was unclear at the time, fans were aware that Trachtenberg had been suffering from ongoing medical issues and had recently undergone a liver transplant.
Her manner of death has since been ruled natural, the result of complications from diabetes mellitus, according to a spokesperson for the medical examiner's office.
