Kemi Badenoch said she is pleased to see "positive signals" between US President Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy after the pair met in Rome on Saturday. The Opposition leader said: "The fact that President Trump made the statements that he did yesterday, seeing him with President Zelensky in the Vatican is actually really heartening. And I hope that this is the sign of the situation improving."
