World must question why UNSC rendered completely ineffective in resolving ongoing Ukraine conflict: India
Friday, 22 September 2023 India has questioned the effectiveness of the UN Security Council in resolving the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Sanjay Verma, Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, stated that the international community must ask why the Security Council, tasked with maintaining peace and security, has been rendered ineffective. Verma emphasized the need for reform and reinvention of outdated structures for effective multilateralism.
We have known for years that America will be destroyed by Russia. The Bible tells us so, as well as God’s Prophets. Russia sees the ongoing Ukraine conflict, and the west keep on supporting Ukraine in the war. Russia now sees us as “an existential threat”. Gunther Fehlinger even went to far as...

Ukraine’s top commander, Aleksandr Syrsky, is reportedly ready to lay down arms and capitulate to Russia, according to a claim made by a lawmaker from President Vladimir Zelensky’s party. The claim was made by MP Mariana Bezuglaya from the ‘Servant of the People’ party, who is also the deputy chair of the National Security, Defense, and Intelligence Committee.
Syrsky, who became Ukraine’s highest-ranking general in early February, succeeded Valery Zaluzhny, the former general who oversaw last year’s unsuccessful attempts to repel Russian forces. Bezuglaya accused Syrsky and Zaluzhny of secretly colluding to prevent a Ukrainian victory, stating that the two generals belong to a “generals’ mafia” that is more interested in protecting their own privileges than in defeating Russia.

India on Thursday reaffirmed its long-standing position on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict following the recent recognition of Palestine by Ireland, Norway, and Spain. Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal highlighted India's historical support for Palestinian statehood and a two-state solution. When asked about the coordinated decision by Spain, Ireland, and Norway to formally recognise Palestine, Jaiswal, at a weekly press briefing, said, “As you are aware, India was one of the first countries to recognise the state of Palestine in the late 1980s, and we have long supported a two-state solution which entails the establishment of a sovereign, viable, and independent state of Palestine within recognised and mutually agreed borders, living side by side with Israel in peace.”
