2 BSF guards, woman injured in second Pakistan truce violation in Jammu in 10 days

IndiaTimes Friday, 27 October 2023
Two BSF personnel and a woman were injured in unprovoked shelling by Pakistan Rangers in the Arnia sector of the international border in Jammu. This is the second ceasefire violation in 10 days by Pakistan. Pakistani forces often resort to firing to clear border villages and provide safe passage for infiltrators. Villagers living close to the border fled to safer areas due to the shelling. Schools remained shut and some students attended class in a bunker for safety.
