India issues travel advisory to citizens as unrest grows in Myanmar

India has issued an advisory to its citizens, urging them to avoid traveling to Myanmar due to the escalating security situation in the country. The advisory also advises Indian nationals living in Myanmar to register with the Embassy of India in Yangon. Myanmar's ruling military is facing attacks from ethnic minority insurgent groups and pro-democracy fighters, who are attempting to challenge the junta's rule. An alliance of ethnic minority groups has launched coordinated attacks on military posts, taking control of several towns.
