Revanth Reddy to take oath as Telangana CM Thursday; may get a Dalit deputy

Telangana Congress president Revanth Reddy will be sworn in as the next chief minister on Thursday. The party is considering appointing a deputy chief minister from the Dalit community. Revanth will be the second CM of Telangana after BRS chief K C Rao. The party has chosen Revanth as the leader of the Congress Legislature Party in Telangana. The party is now finalizing the team of ministers in the Revanth cabinet, with Bhatti Vikramarka and Uttam Reddy vying for the post of deputy CM.
