The special cell of Delhi Police has been allowed to interrogate Gautam Navlakha in connection with the UAPA case against News Portal NewsClick. Delhi Police has permission to interrogate him at his home in Navi Mumbai, where he has been under house arrest in the Bhima Koregaon case. The Delhi Police's Special Cell has filed an FIR stating that foreign funds have been illegally infused in India by Indian and foreign entities with the intention to disrupt India's sovereignty and integrity.
