Indian workers not being brought in, says Taiwan
Taiwan's Labour Minister Hsu Ming-chun denies plans to bring 100,000 Indian migrant workers to Taiwan. Hsu clarifies that Taiwan has not signed an MOU with India for this purpose. Claims of Taiwan seeking to open doors to Indian workers are fake, says Hsu. Kuomintang nominee Hou Yu-ih's statement refers to a media report about a prospective MOU between Taiwan and India for employment cooperation. Hsu previously mentioned that Taiwan and India are expected to sign the MOU by the end of the year, but no date has been set yet.
