India requests extradition of 26/11 Mumbai attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed: Reports

Indian government requests Pakistan to extradite Hafiz Saeed, mastermind of 2008 Mumbai attacks, under Indian law. Pakistan ministry of foreign affairs receives official request for extradition. Saeed is listed as one of India's most wanted terrorists with a $10 million bounty. India has repeatedly requested his extradition, but absence of an extradition treaty adds complexity. Saeed has been sentenced to 31 years in prison for terrorism financing, but his current incarceration status is uncertain.
