BJP Lok Sabha MP from Jaipur City Ramcharan Bohra stirred a controversy on Monday as he said the day was not far when Sanskrit mantras would again be recited at the Adhai Din ka Jhonpra, a functional mosque in Ajmer. Addressing the 78th foundation day programme at the University of Rajasthan, presided over by Governor Kalraj Mishra, the BJP MP claimed the 12th century mosque was built over a Sanskrit university, whose remains can still be seen there.
