Rajya Sabha polls: BJP renominates Union ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw from Odisha, L Murugan from Madhya Pradesh
Wednesday, 14 February 2024 BJP on Wednesday released another list of five candidates for upcoming Rajya Sabha polls, fielding Union ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw from Odisha and L Muruan from Madhya Pradesh.From Madhya Pradesh, BJP has named three more candidates besides Murugan, the MoS in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, for the five vacancies from the state. These include Umesh Nath Maharaj, Maya Maroliya and Bansilal Gurjar.Both Vaisnaw and Murugan will be serving their second term in the upper house if elected.
