Delhi: Centre organises free screening, awareness camp for breast cancer
A free breast cancer screening and awareness camp was hosted by Centre-rum Safdarjung Hospital in partnership with an NGO. Roli Singh, additional secretary of the Union Health Ministry, highlighted the pressing issue of breast cancer in India during the event. Dr Vandana Talwar, medical superintendent of VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, led the initiative to promote breast cancer awareness and offer complimentary screening services for early detection.
