Hindu side requests court to allow ASI to dig premises for survey in Gyanvapi case

The Hindu side in the Gyanvapi mosque case has requested a Varanasi court to allow an ASI survey involving digging in the premises. The court scheduled the next hearing for September 18, where the Muslim side is expected to present their views. The Hindu side argues that Jyotirlinga's original place is under the dome of the alleged mosque.
