MHA grants approval to ED to prosecute AAP leaders Kejriwal, Sisodia in liquor scam case

The Union home ministry permitted the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to prosecute Manish Sisodia and Arvind Kejriwal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) for their alleged involvement in the Delhi liquor scam. Kejriwal argued that the trial's authorization was invalid without specific sanction for PMLA prosecution.
