Hurricane Francine Makes Landfall Leaving Flooding and Power Outages in Its Wake
Tropical storm Francine was recently upgraded to a hurricane and the increasingly tumultuous tempest has now made landfall in Louisiana.
It briefly upgraded to a Category 2 hurricane, with authorities saying it has sustained winds of around 75 miles per hour.
