The prime minister said, "my family was surprised to see the honorable gentleman shamelessly plugging his song" on the steps of No 10 Downing Street.
Starmer jokingly added, "we have strict rules against anti-social behaviour".

Sir Ed Davey said the UK should retaliate against metal tariffs imposed by the US. 18-year-old Hassan Sentamu has been sentenced to at least 23 years for murdering 15-year-old Elianne Andam in Croydon.
