11 convicts in Bilkis case surrender in jail before deadline
The 11 convicts in the Bilkis Bano case surrendered at Godhra sub-jail in Gujarat’s Panchmahal district around 11.30pm Sunday, half an hour before the deadline set by Supreme Court was to end. While two of the 11 men walked into the sub-jail, the rest arrived by car. Two vehicles ferrying the convicts were seen entering the premises one after the other.
