Watch: Protesting farmers celebrate Holi at UP’s Ghazipur border

Protesting farmers celebrated the festival of colours at Uttar Pradesh’s Ghazipur border on March 29.

Farmers were seen beating drums, dancing, singing, and playing Holi.

"It is not a good feeling being away from our families on Holi, but it's okay since our farmer brothers are here.

I request the government to pay heed to our demands as soon as possible," a farmer said.

The farmers from Punjab, Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh, have been camping at several Delhi border points, including Tikri, Singhu and Ghazipur, since November 28 last year.

They have been demanding a complete repeal of the three farm laws and a legal guarantee on the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for their crops.
